Please excuse my less then amateur photography. If you have any words of advice on pointing a camera I will graciously accept it with open ears.

Thank you

Too bad you didn't get any shots of the inside. I bet it was a pretty cool place.

it still exists. I'm probably gonna go back in spring and do interior. This was in the dying days of my point and shoot so when I get a camera again, imma go back

Yeah I know how that goes with the point and shoots. They will only put up with so much abuse. I'll be looking forward to seeing the inside. :)

I got it for my 10th birthday (I'm 18). I'm borrowing my dads camera for now, but I've been really kinda disappointed with my shots lately, so I haven't uploaded anything

Yeah, it did.
Just lighting, angels. I'm kind of somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to art, so if something isn't like on the spot, meets the mark perfect, I'll work on it for hours until it is, or I'll just give up. The camera I have now (its technically not mine) has a viewfinder and I find that improves my photography to the point where I'm not like killing myself over lacking in skill, but I'm still kinda disappointed with it.

I feel your issue there. I take 100's of pictures and might get 2 that I actually like. That's just how it goes though. The more you take the more you train your eye. Photography along with other artistic things are hard for force, you just have to let the magic happen. Nice equipment can help but at the same time I think you can hand anyone a really high end camera with really good resolution and they can take great looking pictures. It's all about thinking out side the box and putting your own twist on things. I use a cheap little point and shoot, it doesn't have all the features I'd like to have but it fits my budget right now and I wont cry a river if it falls under a train or something, lol. Just keep smashing that button and you will get something great that you and others will really love. :)

Are you just taking pictures for practice; or is there some sort of theme or meaning behind these? I only ask cuz it seems that usually stuff you do has some sort of meaning or purpose. Not implying that it has to, or anything like that...

Ok, that is what I kind of thought lol. I just wanted to be sure. They are pretty sweet. I used to do a lot of that when my friends and I were into tagging stuff haha. Have you had to do any negotiating with bums yet? xD
